Brett Tyne was born in Nashville, Tennessee and relocated to England with her family when she was nine years old. As an American in the UK she sounded different than her peers and this outsider experience lead her to be conscious of dialect at a young age. This interest eventually led her to train as a voice teacher, graduating from the MA Voice Studies program at Central School of Speech and Drama. Ms. Tyne now works as a dialect coach in Film, Television and Theatre. Her experience both stateside and in the UK have made her one of the most diverse and sought-after coaches in the industry, resulting in credits ranging from ALADDIN and DUNE to Independents such as JUDY and Apple TV's highly anticipated MASTERS OF THE AIR.
